What DURAPARTS offers
DURAPARTS and its approximately 40 partner companies develop, produce and renovate metal-based wear parts, with and without hard coating. We also build spare parts for old and new machines, produce them on our CNC machines, and renovate gearboxes and their gear parts. Services individually tailored to your needs are our specialty and we dedicate ourselves with great passion to our customer projects, both individual items and small series.

Wearparts with hard coatings
We develop and produce wear parts with hard coatings for almost all machines in which wear is so heavy that conventional components made of HB steel are not sufficient. To do this, we either build components out of our customized wearplates or we coat the base body made of steel using deposition welding and thermal spraying; individually tailored to the respective application, ready to install.
Component renovation
Instead of continually purchasing new components, the renovation of complex machine parts can often prove to be more economically sensible for the operator. We manage the entire process for you, from the analysis of the wear pattern to the ready-to-install delivery of your renovated machine part.
CNC contract manufacturing
Our partner network is home to more than a dozen machining experts from all manufacturing disciplines. We manufacture individual pieces and small series of machine parts from metal, plastic and ceramic in a cost-optimized and timely manner for general mechanical engineering and almost every sector of the manufacturing industry; of course, also tempered and ground.
Reverse Engineering
If there are no spare parts for older machines available, or original parts are simply too expensive, DURAPARTS offers you the reproduction of machine parts. We redesign the components, optimize the durability and produce any type of machine part according to the drawings agreed with you. From the blank to the precisely fitting spare part, everything from a single source.
Gearbox renovation
Transmission parts are subject to particularly high levels of wear. That’s why we have been dedicating ourselves to the reproduction of gear parts, such as gears, spindles, etc., as well as the complete renovation of manual and planetary gears for more than 8 years. We get your gearboxes running again and manage the entire process for you, from analysing the wear pattern to ready-to-install delivery.

DURAPARTS specializes in developing and producing wear parts with an optimal price-performance ratio as individual pieces and in small series, with and without hard coating.
We produce complete assemblies, but also refurbish them individually if this makes more economic sense than producing new ones. As mechanical engineers, we can also reproduce all components based on a sample.
DURAPARTS works for and with small and medium-sized companies, especially with their mechanical maintenance staff, and helps them to save operating costs in the long term.
Development & sales, purchasing, project management and administration are all in-house, and for production we use our network of more than 40 specialized partner companies in the EU. This makes us extremely flexible and we can always select the best technical and economic partner for your needs.
